What's a credit?

One credit produces one shirt mockup pair (front + back), including studio-grade render and optional background removal.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes — anytime from the customer portal. Your remaining credits stay valid until the end of the billing period.

What about refunds?

Because generation starts immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB at checkout, refunds are only possible in exceptional cases (technical defect, erroneous charge). Contact info@rankdglobal.com.

Do credits expire?

Single-Sale credits do not expire. Subscription credits are refreshed each billing cycle and replace the previous balance.
